Is your company fully insured?
Yes, we have public liability insurance which covers injury or death to anyone on or around your property.

Do you provide solar panel installation?
Yes we are able to install solar panels if they are for labour purposes only.

What qualifications does your company hold?
We are a CHAS registered company and some of our employees are IPAF qualified. All of our team are experienced and trained to the appropriate level. Our scaffolders hold CISRS cards and are certified to either an Advanced or Part 2 level. All of our roofers hold a CSCS card.

Will my property require scaffolding during building works?
This will be dependent on the nature of the work being carried out. We will assess whether scaffolding will be necessary and alert you to this before we start work.

What if a problem arises after the job is complete?
RC Scaffolding and Roofing are committed to providing an exceptional and quality service. If a problem arises after the job is complete, if it is within our control we will work with you to provide a solution to the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.

How long does it take to reroof my house?
The timescale for project completion varies greatly from one project to the next and is largely dependent on the scale of the project. Larger industrial and commercial projects are likely to take longer than smaller scale domestic properties. Prior to work commencing we will provide you with an estimate of how long the job should take.

Will my insurance cover my roofing problem?
This is something you will have to discuss with your insurance company. It is likely to be dependent on the type of policy that you have taken out.

Do you have any experience carrying out work on listed buildings?
Yes, many of our projects have included work on both Grade 1 and 2 listed buildings.

Can my flat leaking roof be repaired?
Yes, this is a common problem and we have an experienced team that will be able to assist you with all your roofing needs.

What type of scaffolding construct will I need?
This will be subject to the type of work being carried out. We offer a variety of scaffolding works and can provide scaffold design and calculation services where necessary.

Do you offer free quotations?
Yes, at RC Scaffolding and Roofing we provide free quotations for all of our works.

How long will I have to wait before work can begin?
We aim to get the work started as soon as possible, however in particularly busy periods we ask for your patience.

Will bad weather slow down my project completion?
We will do our utmost to ensure that your project is not interrupted and runs as smoothly as possible. However, in some instances and particularly in circumstances when the weather is too extreme to carry out the scheduled work it is likely that your project will be slightly delayed. We will resume work as soon as it is safe and suitable to do so.
